this week we have been working on Gaelic football. a lady from the GAA came to teach us some skills. here I am grabbing the ball. Roana is coming up beside me trying to grab the ball off me.

here is my art work I did this week. this is a dandelion I painted. firstly we painted a circle and then painted around the circle lightly to make a ghostly look. then we put dots in the outer circle and then got hairs and did the lines around the circle. this is what it looks liker so far.

this week I lift to go to America on a family gathering in Alaska.
for the first part we went on a cruse through Alaska. we went up close to a glacier and watched it crumble.
did you know that only see 10% of the glacier is above the water. that means that 90% of the glacier is under water. if it is 50 feet high above the water imagine how big it really is.

here is our groups dance that we made up for dance. we had to add dive ,sway ,leap and expand into our dance.

first week back
on Monday we learned about glaciers and the solar system. did you know that we are 300.000 light years away from the centre of our milky way? for vivid vocab our word was prejudice. the meaning I got was an opinion formed without examining the facts fairly.
